Simple pasta with a creamy cheese sauce: fry some onions in olive oil, some garlic, then stir in 2 or 3 tablespoons of flour. mix. then add milk, cooking wine and some chicken stock. I added some fried mushrooms, ham and blue cheese as well. Stir in more cheese and add milk or water. Boil pasta. When the pasta is ready, drain and add some cream to the sauce. Serve with big salad of tomatoes, rocket and fried bread.
