there is a heat wave going on. so, basically, nobody likes to eat much. I had a big salad with blue cheese and pine nuts, fried pork chops filled with ricotta cheese, pancetta and spinach, and fried bread and pasta to go with everything.
Of course, the meal ended with ice cream. My now favorite brand is Hertog with their Tiramisu-variety. Although there is nothing better than tiramisu, this ice cream is the next best thing.
