Pan-fried potatoes with marinated pork tenderloin, belgian endives rolled up in ham with a cheese sauce in the oven, and fried shi-itake mushrooms and cream.
Boil potatoes for around 10 mins and drain. Marinate pork in soy sauce, garlic slices, Noilly Prat and olive oil for 20 mins or so. Slice shi-itake mushrooms and button mushrooms. Cut the endives in half and sear in butter in a low pan until soft with a little brown edge, then take out and roll in ham. Put the rolls into an oven dish and pour cheese sauce over it, around 175 degrees C for 20 mins. Slice potatoes roughly and fry in pan until nicely browned. Fry the tenderloin until just done and take out of the pan, brown the mushrooms in the juices and add Noillly Prat to get a nice sauce.
A good wine goes very well with this meal.
