Not even New year's yet, but I already have a firm New Year's resolution: I should update this site more often! Yesterday, I had a entrecote steak, done just medium, with salt and pepper and some shi-itake mushrooms to go with it. Then a really classic pasta: spaghetti with tomato sauce, reheated in the pan. Well I wasn't very good in the vegetable department this time - those few mushrooms really don't count do they? Some sliced cucumber with mayonaise can hardly be called a side dish. Counting down to the Christmas dinner, which I won't be cooking this year. I think it is going to be grilled tuna steaks the Jamie Oliver way.
