White fish with potatoes

This dish I made not too long ago. Preboil some sliced potatoes in water for about 10mins. Meanwhile, prepare a roux and add cream, garlic and thyme. Put the sliced potatoes in an oven dish and bake for half an hour or so. In a large frying pan, fry some white fish, cut in chunks and dipped in egg and cornstarch to get a nice crust. Prepare a nice green salad or a tomato salad to go with this meal. Enjoy!
