These tapas were so nice they were almost finished when I thought of taking this picture. They are from a 'champagne bar' in Barcelona called El Xampanyet, one of the oldest bars in town. Green olives, especially cured anchovies; cubes of raw salmon; bread rubbed with tomato... and last but not least a bottle of wonderful cava.
